Description
This location is particularly attractive because of its location with respect to all kinds of events. Note: the rental price during events is also higher due to high demand. - Brabanthallen (7 minutes by bike) - May 22-24: Jazz in Duketown (about a 7-minute walk). - August 6-16: Theaterfestival Boulevard (about 7 minutes walk) - September 7-13: Solheim Cup (location Bernhardus Golf: cycling in 25 minutes) The space In the living room, there is an air conditioner because the flat roof in the summer creates quite a bit of heat in the living room/kitchen; remote control hangs behind the curtain in the window frame. It is nice if you use it sparingly, not only because of the costs but it is especially kinder to the environment. In the kitchen, you can make coffee with a Nespresso coffee machine. That way, you know which coffee to bring. There is also a supermarket in the street (COOP soon to be Plus) where you can easily get your groceries, but I will at least take care of the first cups of coffee. In addition to the fixed bed in the master bedroom, there is a smaller bedroom where I will soon place a good and comfortable sofa bed. In the front room, where the wine shop once was, there is already a large sofa bed. If a 5th and 6th person comes along, I will make sure that there is enough bedding in the sofa. Guest access This house is my home, and you can see that because personal belongings are present. All the rooms in the house can be used by you except my walk-in closet where I store some private things and which is locked. Other things to note Per reservation, there is space nearby to park 1 car for free if you give me your license plate. Den Bosch has several transferiums for a possible second and third car. Of course, you can also park in the street at an hourly rate, but that is very expensive.
