"Anemos Sails 4" is a seaside villa at Pounta, the most famous kite-surfing beach in Europe. The villa has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, an additional WC, a fully equipped kitchen and all the electric appliances you may need. Both the ground floor and the first floor have big balconies with pergolas. The location is ideal to enjoy the silence next to the sea. The villa offers a magical view to Antiparos and amazing sunsets. The space Anemos Sails 4 is a residence, finished just in May 2017. It is located at Pounta, the most famous kite-surfing beach in Europe. Anemos Sails is part of a seaside house complex only 50m from the beach (door to sea). The design combines the traditional Cycladic style with state of the art equipment to create a hospitable environment with all the comforts you relish at home. Anemos Sails 4 is a separate, fully independent, two storey villa, with its own entrance, parking space and balconies. On the ground floor are the living room, a WC, the kitchen and one bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa which becomes a comfortable double bed. The bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The first floor includes the second bedroom, with two single beds, which also has an en suite bathroom. The villa has two big balconies, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both of which are covered by pergolas. During the day you can enjoy the sun and watch the numerous kites flying in the sky. The sunset view is dazzling and prepares you for the serene night view towards Antiparos town. Kitchen equipment: oven, cooktop with 4 hotplates, microwave oven, big refrigerator with top freezer, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, dishwasher. Other appliances: air-conditioner, washing machine, iron with ironing board, hair dryer. Guest access You have access to your own parking space and the villa has a private entrance. The balconies are independent from the rest of the complex. You have free WiFi access for as many devices as you would like. Other things to note The use of the jacuzzi is charged extra 40€ per day.
