This villa is brand new (April 2019), and is the ideal place for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) or for two couples wishing to enjoy the beauty of the charming village of Deshaies. It’s located in a quiet surrounding, just above the beautiful village of Deshaies, you can reach by walking (600 m). The villa offers individually designed furniture with a unique contemporary decor. It is located below the private parking and the swimming pool can be directly accessed from the terrace. The space Enjoy peace and tranquility in the evenings whilst watching the sunset over Deshaies Bay and sipping on a cool drink! It’s the ideal place to rest or for visiting our island. The Grande Anse beach is 1 km away from the villa. Capacity : Up to 4 people, plus one less than two years old baby. . Total Surface : 70 sqm (including terrasse) Villa’s layout: the villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms (with 2 single beds of 80 x 200 cm, but joinable, and one bed of 160 x 200cm), a bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet , a modern and very well equipped kitchen, covered terrace with sitting and dining area and a private pool. Possibility of adding an extra bed for children in one of the bedrooms if needed. Air conditioning: yes, in the 2 bedrooms. Kitchen equipment: 3 burner induction cooker, combi microwave, fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso® coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, rice cooker and complete set of dishes and cooking utensils. The kitchen is opened through the bar area on the terrace. Multimedia equipment: 1 TV (Canalsat channels), broadband Internet Wi-Fi. Various equipment: iron and ironing board, hairdryer, baby bed, plancha and hammock. Presence of a water tank: yes Swimming Pool: yes, private pool 5 x 2.5 m (1.5 m deep) with a security alarm for children. Terrace: 24 sqm covered terrace, opening onto the pool, offering a living space and dining area. Linen: bed and household linens supplied, and bath towels also supplied against refundable deposit. Replaced every 7 nights. Cleaning on the day of departure is including in the rental price. Guest access You have full access to the Villa, the garden and your private pool. Other things to note We first bought the land in 2006 and built a first house. We made this decision because we really felt in love with Guadeloupe, and specialy with the village of Deshaies. We have moved here in 2017 with our two children to build the Coco Cannelle villas. We wanted to create a comfortable, clean and cooconing space for you to feel good and do not miss anything. The accommodation is modern and very well equipped and decorated.
