World class ski resorts are within a short drive. Dillon offers its famous amphitheater on the water, Silverthorne its breweries and family friendly Bluebird Market Hall. The Club House awaits with its indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, ping pong table, racquetball, outdoor tennis or pickleball, and picnic tables. The space The condo is 1134 square ft situated on the third and top floor. It offers an open kitchen, living and dining area as well as two bedrooms and bathrooms and two balconies on the first floor. It also has a loft with living/sleeping space and an additional bathroom. We recently installed a new fireplace, new furniture and added new artwork throughout the condo. Guest access The entire condo is accessible. Other things to note The balconies are 25 plus feet off the ground so monitoring young children is a must. The loft is also about 12 ft above the living room and the wall 4 ft high so a similar need to monitor. The place is at the top of Ryan Gulch Road and is around 9500 feet elevation.
