Atypical loft on the edge of Yonne

In a traditional village, 20 minutes from Morvan Park and Vézelay, you will stay in an artist's loft adjoining a bourgeois residence occupied by your hosts. The wooded park is on the edge of Yonne. In a unique setting, both rustic and refined, you can relax and also discover an authentic, exceptionally preserved countryside. Multiple possibilities for leisure activities as well as many cultural attractions to visit. The space The loft you will occupy is accessed through an independent entrance on the courtyard. This loft is divided into two parts separated by a door. A first large, versatile room with high ceilings: kitchen/living room with a bed and toilet. The second room is on 2 levels and has 5 beds including a double. A staircase leads down to the bathroom and also allows secondary access to a large shared space (ping-pong table, bicycles, etc.) which opens onto both the courtyard and the garden. The beds on levels 1 and 2 have no separations other than screens or curtains. Loft of approximately 135 m2 and floor area of approximately 160 m2. Guest access Independent loft. Only the outdoor spaces and the ping-pong room are shared with the hosts. Other things to note The three cats that live with your hosts may not tolerate the presence of other animals in the garden. However, pets that stay in the rental space will be accepted. The additional rate per person per night will not be applied for children under 10 years of age.
