These are beyond our control. ⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons. •The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather. 🚫 External vendors are not allowed For safety and privacy reasons, external vendors are strictly prohibited from accessing the villa. 🌿Nature Disclaimer Tulum is a beautiful jungle destination, and part of its charm is being surrounded by nature. Because of this, you may occasionally see insects, geckos, or other small wildlife in outdoor areas or near the property. These are a normal part of the local ecosystem and are generally harmless. We perform regular pest control, but we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed to help prevent them from entering. -->Please note that the property is located in a beautiful natural jungle area, and the access road is not fully paved. This is very common in Tulum and part of the destination’s charm, allowing the surrounding nature to remain preserved.
