Unit with private entrance, close to Berwyn's restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment. Close to public transportation via the Metra Train Station, Pace Buses, and near the CTA Pink [1.5 miles], Blue [2.3 miles], and Green [3.4 miles] Train lines. Near Oak Park, North Riverside, and Chicago. This is an awesome location. There is parking on the street (A street pass is required and will be provided each day). The unit is 185 sq ft located in the basement with 4 stairs, ceiling height is 6' 6" The space ♦THE UNIT♦ The photo gallery includes a picture of the house that contains the guest unit, located in the basement. Heated Laminate flooring throughout, bathroom has a heated tile floor. The guest's are exclusive to the unit while visiting. ONLY guest's registered with Airbnb and listed on the reservation will be allowed in the unit. Smoking or Vaping is not permitted within the unit (You can step outside to smoke or vape) ♦PARKING♦ There is parking on the street (A street pass is required and will be provided by your host for each day)The city does street cleaning every Tuesday and Wednesday between 8a-4p. This requires parking to be forced to one side or the other during those hours. Please watch for signs. (Tuesday's parking is on the same side of the street the house is, Wednesday's parking is across the street from the house) ♦BEDROOM♦ The unit has a small private bedroom with full size bed with reading lights, oscillating wall fan, and 40" LED TV with Roku attached to a bluetooth, SD, USB, FM stereo receiver (pair your cell phone using BT to connect) music plays through the 5 speakers and subwoofer in the bedroom. (the electrical outlet next to the drawer unit has a USB port for charging your electronics).There is a bedside table. Extra blankets can be found in the drawer units. ♦KITCHENETTE AREA♦ A kitchenette area with Refrigerator containing a britta water pitcher and complimentary bottled water, the Freezer contains ice cube trays and an ice cube storage bin, Microwave oven, Kuerig Coffee maker with complimentary coffee and hot chocolate pods, a supply of tea bags and sweeteners. The Kuerig Coffee maker is housed on a pull out counter top drawer. Cupboard 1 • Contains six wine glasses, four coffee cups that fit in the Kuerig Unit, styrofoam and plastic cups, ice tongs. Cupboard 2 • Contains disposable plastic cutlery, paper towels, four dessert plates, four dinner plates, and four bowls. Cupboard 3 • Contains cleaning cloths, portable dish strainer, scrubbing sponge, dish pan, dish soap. The kitchenette area also includes a 24" LED Roku TV, and a small table with two chairs for eating or watching TV while you enjoy your morning beverage. A container mounted to the wall above the table holds plastic grocery bags. An iron and a table top ironing board are hanging on the wall above the table. ♦BATHROOM♦ The private bathroom includes toilet, urinal, sink & walk-in shower. The shower has 2 handheld sprayers, 2 rainshower heads and 6 body sprays. It also includes a Bluetooth, SD, USB, FM Stereo Receiver. (Pair your cell phone using BT to connect) music plays through the speakers in the shower. Cleaning supplies can be found in the cabinet near the toliet and under the sink (toilet paper is in both areas), body soap, a supply of bath, hand, and wash cloths, and hand held hair dryer, you will find a first aid kit in the medicine cabinet above the sink. ♦OFFICE AREA♦ The office area has an overhead light, desk light, pens and pencils, tape, stapler, post-it notes and pads of paper (the electrical outlet next to the desk has a USB port for charging your electronics). ♦OTHER NOTABLES♦ The unit has wi-fi throughout. Stainless steel silverware is available upon request. During your visit the unit is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax and make yourself at home. Parking is allowed on the street. Guest access Guest area has NO access to the remainder of the house, you have your own private entrance, bedroom, kitchenette area, desk/work area and full private bathroom.
