The only Private room and bathroom located at the first floor of a beautiful brand new house, surrounded by wine countries, supermarkets, old town, enjoy peaceful sleep and the convenience of the location, plenty of free street parking. Includes luxurious swimming pool with spa and state of art gym facilities. We can only accommodate rental of 29 night or more and female or couple renter only. The space Your room will be the first room on the right next to the main entrance and the bathroom is next to room and is exclusive for you to use Guest access The whole first floor and Laundry room on 2nd Floor During your stay Please text me if you need any help or questions Other things to note Please do not wear shoes in the house. The garbage can is on the right side the house next to garage. The garbage truck will come every Friday morning please dispose your garbage at thursday night thank you. No pet allowed outside the guest bedroom please.
