Middle Tree, ideal modern cottage

Middle Tree Cottage is conveniently located near the A143, between the historic market towns of Harleston & Bungay. There is an abundance of footpaths on the doorstep to explore the countryside & is within walking distance to local village pubs. Middletree boasts a new bathroom, kitchen, heating system and led lights Fully enclosed private garden area which is doggy secure & ideal for Al fresco dining. We have local breweries and farm shops nearby. Beaches and Norwich city are 30 mins away. The space Middle Tree was formally a stables and cart lodge built in the 16th century. There's tell tale signs of this within the cottage with exposed original beams and the old flint wall. With its traditional/modern decour we are positive you will enjoy your stay. Middletree has just undergone some major works and offers guests a lovely new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. A new bathroom suite with a thermostatic controlled shower. Keeping the traditional yet modern feel. It has had a complete new heating system to keep guests warm and cosey over the winter months, as well as LED lighting throughout the cottage so it’s a lovely bright space. Guest access Middle Tree is just off the A143, accessed via a gravel driveway leading to a private car park on the right hand side behind the cottages, parking for two cars, but only one of these spaces is for Middle tree (clearly marked), please do not obstruct the driveway or other parking space. Access to the front door is behind the cottage and sign posted. Other things to note We love pets. House rules, please do not allow pets on the sofa and bed. Please respect our little cottage so we can continue to allow pets and owners to stay. Any damage will be chargeable.
