It has a private park with large green areas, children's games, swimming pool and gym. The apartment has fine finishes and a family touch with some antique furniture. It is located within a condominium with strict regulations, but which encourages healthy coexistence between neighbors and provides a safe space for everyone. The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen, work area or breakfast bar, laundry, balcony and 2 full bathrooms. A bath chair is also available for seniors or wheelchair users. Features parking for 1 vehicle. Guest access Guests can use the condominium's common areas, including the park, swimming pool, and gym. Barbecues and the social lounge are not available for guests. Other things to note To evaluate the approval of your stay, interested parties must indicate the ages of the people who wish to stay. We do not accept groups of young adults attending concerts, as the condominium's rules are very strict for this purpose. Our apartment is more focused on family groups looking for a quiet place to rest without having people coming in or going out in the wee hours of the morning.
