The space This clean and thoughtfully decorated all season Cottage in a secluded location surrounded by 2 acres of Mature Pine trees and water frontage on Black Lake will take you to next level of peacefulness and immersion in Ontario’s natural beauty. Enjoy full sun on the brand new (2022) large dock on the lake which also gives you amazing views of the sunset. There is no shortage of space to enjoy the outdoors with 2 new decks that additional outdoor seating and dining in different areas of the property. Floor to ceiling views of the lake can be enjoyed from the screened in porch where you can relax on the couch with your morning coffee. We do have a new outdoor patio deck with BBQ that has a grill and pizza oven. The outdoor Fire pit is the perfect way to end the spend the nights with your family and friends. Kids will love the space surrounding the property to go around and explore the wilderness. We also have several outdoor games and a trampoline. Other things to note The lake is quiet, and peaceful offering perfect conditions for the use of the kayak and 2 paddle boards that are available for guests. Kids and adults alike will enjoy jumping off the end of the dock into the clean water. The lake is home to Sharbot Lake Provincial Park and offers excellent fishing. We have a floating lily pad for added playtime on the lake and soaking up the sun. Winters are even more fun at the Completely Frozen Lake that offers Ice fishing, curling and skating. The lake is approximately 100 steps from the cottage to the large dock. There is a new deck with seating closer to the top by the cottage. *Ideally suited for families with older children. The Cottage This 2 floor cottage offers 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with an office on the main floor. Cottage is very thoughtfully furnished to help guest feel at home. There is a new fireplace in the living room to enhance the experience. Equipped with 55 inch smart TV with access to most streaming services. One of the most used rooms on the main floor is the sunroom/screened in porch with floor to ceiling windows that provide one of the best scenic views both in summer and winter months. Washer and dryer is available the main floor for guest usage. We do have air conditioning and ceiling fans to help with the hot summer nights. Fully loaded kitchen with cooktop stove, wall oven and dishwasher will satisfy all your cooking needs. Also you can park up to 5 cars in the driveway.
