Villa Mercedes is a modern and bright house, located in a quiet area of Cala Morell, just a few minutes walk from the viewpoints over the cliffs and a small family beach. It has two bedrooms, a renovated bathroom with a shower, and an interior space that integrates the kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Outside it offers a private pool, covered terrace and chill-out area with open sea views, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean calm. The space Access to the house is through the garden, past the pool, and believe me, this walk really helps you enter with positive energy. Inside you can feel that good energy throughout the space; you will find spaciousness, comfort, high ceilings and openness. The villa is distributed on one floor and offers spacious and bright spaces, with high ceilings, designed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Access to the house is from the garden, passing through the pool area and the covered terrace. Upon entering, we find an open space that integrates the kitchen, dining room and living room, visually differentiated but connected to each other. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a small separate pantry. In front of it is the indoor dining area, with a wooden table and stools. On the left, the living room is spacious and comfortable, with a chaise longue sofa and a TV. At the back of the house, connected to the living room, is the rest area, consisting of two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and dressing room, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Both bedrooms have air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature during the summer months. The outdoor area, which is accessed from the living-dining room, has a covered terrace with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals during the summer, as well as a chill-out area and a private pool with sun loungers, surrounded by a garden with grass. From practically every room in the house you can enjoy ocean views. The house has a washer and dryer for greater comfort during the stay, as well as a free parking area around the villa. Guest access - The villa has Wi-Fi, bedding and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. - The pool is for private use and is located in the garden. To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team comes twice a week. These visits are brief, discreet, and are only made in outdoor areas. All visits are always notified in advance to ensure guest comfort. - The house has air conditioning in both bedrooms and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer. - A crib and high chair are available upon request; it is recommended to request them in advance to ensure availability. - The house is rented for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor rooms with total privacy. - In the surroundings of the house, the parking area is free. Other things to note - In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. - The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs €2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online check-in via a link provided to the guest. - The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome kit with basic products for cleaning kitchen utensils, toilet paper, and trash bags upon arrival. Food products are not included, and no replenishment is offered during the stay, as these items are intended solely for basic needs. - The furnishings, décor or some elements of the property may have been renovated or updated over time, so there may be slight differences from the published photographs. - The villa is in a residential area. We recommend doing your main shopping in Ciutadella de Menorca. You will find some restaurants nearby, although keep in mind that many establishments in coastal areas operate seasonally, usually from Easter until the end of October.
