Guest bedroom 2 and 3 each sleep 2 guests with a king in one bedroom and queen in other, and includes a TV. Guest bedrooms can easily access bathroom 2 from the hall, which has a tub/shower. All beds are made up with high-quality linens. Bath towel sets provided per person for the maximum occupancy of the condo. This home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 6 people. Guests must be 25 years old or older to rent. Maximum of 2 parking passes will be provided as needed. Elevator and staircases allow for easy access up to the condo. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. The community pool is open daily from April 1st – October 31st. Guests may bring or rent their own kayaks, but must keep them stored on or in their vehicle. Bicycles can be stored in the bike racks under the building (at your own risk). Guests are not allowed to store or launch their personal boat and no boats or trailers may be stored in the Turn of River Parking Lot. A full list of TOR rules & policies is provided upon check-in. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay. Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
