This spacious, high-spec 2023 caravan comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms – one double with en-suite, two twin rooms, and a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. Ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for comfort and convenience by the coast. The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with modern coastal décor, a flat-screen TV, and access to Netflix, Disney+, and Freeview. A wall-mounted fan keeps things cool, while double glazing and central heating provide year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook and dine in style. Two bathrooms – including an en-suite off the master bedroom – mean no queues and less stress when getting ready. Beds are freshly made for your arrival, and all essentials are provided – giving you a hotel-style welcome with the freedom of your own private coastal escape. Guests staying here have access to the facilities at Parkdean’s Coopers Beach Resort, including the beach, bar, restaurant, arcade, and outdoor play areas. If you’d like to use the swimming pool or join in with evening entertainment, you’ll need an Entertainment Pass, which is sold separately by the park. These cannot be booked in advance and must be purchased onsite at reception. Here is the most recent pricing for passes (subject to change by the park): • Off-Peak:  • 7 days – £10.00  • 1–6 days – £9.00 • Peak Season:  • 7 days – £18.50  • 1–6 days – £16.65 These passes cover your entire stay. Please note: activities such as pony rides, face painting, and certain workshops may carry extra charges. Book now – your perfect coastal getaway awaits. Guest access Guests can access the caravan via the main entrance located on the side of the property. A lockbox is positioned at the rear of the caravan, where you’ll retrieve the key to enter. The lockbox code will be securely provided the day before check-in. With a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), central heating, and contemporary coastal interiors, this isn’t just a place to stay — it’s your home away from home. ⸻ 🛏 What’s Included We provide everything to make your stay as easy and stress-free as possible: • Fresh sheets, pillows, duvets, and covers — all beds are made up ready for your arrival. • Just bring your own towels, soap, and toiletries. • Note: bedding for travel cots is not included. Optional extras available (please request in advance): • Towels – £12 each • Shower Gel – £7 per bottle ⸻ 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome pets, as long as they’re well behaved! To ensure the comfort of all guests: • Pet Fee: £250 per pet, per stay (covers deep cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards). • Damage Policy: Any damage to carpets or furniture may result in a £200 cleaning/repair fee. • Not sure if bringing your pet is right for this trip? No problem — you’re welcome to arrange alternative care. By bringing a pet, you agree to follow these guidelines to help us maintain a clean and allergy-safe space for all guests. Thanks for your understanding! ⸻ 🏊 Facilities (Seasonal) Please note: the entertainment complex and swimming pools are closed from November 3rd to March 15th annually. These facilities are run by Coopers Beach Holiday Park, so any questions should be directed to their reception. We’re responsible for the caravan itself and happy to help with anything related to your accommodation. ⸻ 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: From 4:00 PM • Check-out: By 10:00 AM Early check-in may be available for an extra fee — please ask in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. ⸻ 🔑 Guest Access Access is easy and self-service. The main door is on the side of the caravan, and the key is stored in a secure lockbox at the rear. We’ll send you the code the day before check-in for a smooth, contactless arrival. ⸻ 🤝 Optional Host Welcome If you’d prefer a more personal touch, we’re happy to meet you on arrival to give a quick walkthrough and offer tips about the area and park. Otherwise, check-in is fully self-service. We’re always just a message away if you need anything. Want to make your arrival even easier?
