The space Our villa is a completely renovated old country farmhouse nestled among the olive trees. As the crow flies, the house is 600m from the sea, but by car it's 3km. We provide our guests for free a private parking space both at home and attached to the beach to enjoy the sea in extreme relaxation without having to worry about parking near the sea (parking in Liguria is a nightmare!). The house consists of a kitchen - living room with sofa bed and pull-out bed, 3 double bedrooms (one with a possible 3-seater bed), 2 bathrooms, a private pool for exclusive use and a beautiful terrace on the roof overlooking the sea. Patio with table equipped for eating together. Stone BBQ area with fire pit for grilling or making a bonfire with friends. Special touch: a wine cellar to taste our land. We love wine, Piedmontese simo, it's part of our culture, and we want to share that passion with you. You'll also find a selection of Ligurian extra virgin oil soon. Forget the car once you enter the house and turn off your phone (also because the internet takes very little and the wi-fi is very slow. You can usually watch a movie about first videos without any problems but working is difficult ), breathe in the scent of the sea, grab a book and relax on the hammock! DECOMPRESS, regain the pleasure of boredom, loudly swing on a hammock, look at the sea...regain the ability to move slowly...here you can't go fast: the wi-fi is slow, the house is in the countryside, the birds will wake you up and the idea of taking the car will stress you...to buy bread you can take a short walk (pedestrian only) between the olive trees and arrive in the only shop of the medieval village that is both bakery and restaurant that is a tobacco shop and tobacco shop loudly chatting on the street with the neighbors and letting your dogs free to run or take your dogs or take the car, sweat in the sun, get around for traffic and go back after 20 naughty minutes, what do you prefer?! ....Be lazy and happy... To get to Imperia (provincial capital with all amenities) you will have to drive 3 km. In Imperia you will find everything: restaurants, shops, nightclubs, etc ...even if I think you will no longer want to go down. Pizza with Deliveroo (yes! Deliveroo delivers here too:-) ) and bathroom in the pool, who makes you throw it in the middle of chaos? Other things to note We're far from the world. Intenet is very slow. There are no places nearby. If you are young and you love nightlife you will hate this house. If you are a family, you have children and/or animals (depending on how you consider your sheets, mine fall into the second category ) and want to relax while they are free, it is the perfect house!
