As you make your way to the suite, you'll notice our main house on the left, where Gord and I (Kody) reside. (Garage door not in use during your stay.) The suite itself has an interesting history—it was once a dance studio before we lovingly transformed it into the cozy space you see today. Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere that invites you to relax and unwind. Both bedrooms are overlooking our backyard. Don't be surprised if you catch a glimpse of us out there, playing fetch with our furry friend, Jasper. He's a friendly and playful dog who brings an extra touch of joy to our property. He can be vocal around new people, but is very friendly. Please note that for your entertainment, there is a camera positioned on top of the TV, projecting the same colors on the back of the TV, creating a captivating visual effect. We would like to emphasize that this TV camera does not record anything and is solely intended for entertainment purposes. Additionally, we understand that some guests may have privacy preferences or concerns. If you would prefer to have the camera unplugged or deactivated during your stay, please let us know, and we will be more than happy to accommodate your request. Your comfort and privacy are important to us, and we want to ensure that your stay is tailored to your needs. Both the iPad and Echo Show have their cameras covered to ensure privacy. Guest access We want to ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable experience during your stay, so here are some details about the areas you can access: Upon arrival, you'll find designated Guest Parking spots clearly marked with signs as you pull up the driveway. Please park in these designated spots on the right-hand side of the driveway. To access the suite, look for the red door located on the right side of the garage nearest the fence. This is your private entrance, and you can enter using the provided pin. Once inside, you'll find a comfortable and inviting space awaiting you. If you're looking to enjoy some fresh air and take in the outdoors, you'll have access to the fully fenced backyard. You can enter the backyard through the gate conveniently located right next to the suite door. Follow the gravel path with a slight slope, and you'll discover a BBQ area and a gazebo where you can relax and unwind. Other things to note We are delighted to provide you with additional details about the smart devices and special amenities available in our suite: Inside the suite, you will find an iPad and an Amazon Echo with the Alexa feature. These devices offer convenient access to information, entertainment, and control over various features within the suite. Cameras are covered. The smart devices allow you to control the two salt lamps, the thermostat for climate control, the LED lights on the back of the TV, 2 nightstand lights, as well as the backyard lights and fountain. Please note these devices do require the use of the iPad or Echo Show to operate. We would be happy to show you how they work if needed. In the bathroom, there are three lights facing the shower that are Bluetooth controlled. You can customize the color and even sync them with your favorite music for a truly immersive experience. We also have a special toilet seat with a bidet feature, heated seat, and dryer. This additional amenity is designed to provide you with added comfort and convenience during your stay. For your convenience, we will provide further information in the suite, offering detailed instructions on how to use these devices and make the most of their features.
