The space The La Canea Living team believes in natural beauty and minimalism. With this vision in mind, we undertook the renovation of the Epimenidou residence, exemplifying the elegance of simplicity and functionality. Our approach to the restoration of this 102 sqm, two-story house involved a careful blend of old and new, traditional and modern elements. We're proud to say that we've maintained the historic architecture of the building, and through extensive research and study, we've achieved a harmonious fusion of natural materials like wood, stone, and marble, creating a unique and textured decor. Natural materials such as wood, stone, and marble are the essence of our décor, artfully combined to create unique textures and aesthetics. The residence accommodates 2 - 4 guests, making it ideal for individuals, couples, groups, and families with children. The ground floor features the first independent bedroom, offering direct access to the yard, its own bathroom, and all the amenities you require. Additionally, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area on the ground floor The first-floor bedroom offers a double bed, with an option for two single beds if desired, also an en-suite bathroom. All our bedrooms are comfortable, with the bed inviting you to jump in, after a relaxing bath (set of clean, well- ironed and fragrant towels are waiting for you) The first floor boasts a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and leads to a balcony with views of the Old Town of Chania, where you can also catch a glimpse of the Koum Kapi beach just a few meters from the residence. Additional there is a third bathroom. The windows, skylight, and charming neighborhood views make this space unique. After all, our motto is... living in local style! • Total area: 102 sqm • 2 floors • 2 independent bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one on the ground floor) • Fully equipped kitchen. • Charming country yard with a coffee table for 4. • Balcony on the first floor with views of the Old Town. • Wi-Fi -TV -Netflix and sound system in all rooms and on each floor. • Cot and highchair available upon request (please notify us in advance) Guest access Guests have access to all inside and outside spaces of the residence! 1 living room, 1 kitchen , 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms small yard. Other things to note ✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the house for the check-in whenever you arrive. ✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you at the house. ✔ All expenses and taxes of the house for the stay time are included in the price. ✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating. ✔ Cleaning service is offered every three or four days.(minimum stay 6days) ✔ Linen change. Bedsheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh. ✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability. ✔ No pets allowed ✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces ✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form. ✔Free parking in the surrounding streets and in 2 large open spaces parking of Municipality of Chania (between 20/7– 31/8 becomes more difficult finding free parking due to increased tourist traffic) ✔Note that this is a professionally run rental residence  that has been licensed by the Greek National Tourist Organization, EOT, which is required by Greek law. This license allows the property owners to legally rent their accommodation to holidaymakers so that they comply with a set of standards and specific conditions for the safety & comfort of its paying customers.
