We have been told it still has that "new house smell"! Bedroom 1 (primary)-King bed with beautiful en-suite w/rainfall shower and heated bathroom floors. This room walks out to the back porch on the first floor Bedroom 2-King bed and work desk Bedroom 3-King bed, twin over full bunkbed along with twin trundle below Living room with large leather sectional+extra seating, a cozy remote gas fireplace and 55 inch Roku smart TV Upstairs loft with w/Roku smart 55 inch TV and memory foam queen sleeper sofa along with play area for kids with toys and board/card games for all ages! Tons of outdoor seating, multiple areas to spread-out and enjoy the peaceful canal! Guest access Guests have no access to garage. Two closets+one small cabinet are kept closed for supplies. Other things to note We pride ourselves on having low-toxic options for our guests! We have several stainless steel & glass kitchen items like pots, pans, mixing bowls, plates, bowls, utensils. No toxic air fresheners or plug-ins.! We have an air doctor air purifier, all organic coffee and tea selections, glass pour over coffee maker, ceramic cookware, glass/stainless steel electric kettle, clean dishwasher tabs, clean laundry soap, clean shampoo+bodywash soaps, dryer balls etc. ***Please be aware the canal is pretty deep, we have some life jackets of different sizes, for the safety of our guess these should be utilized when using kayaks+pedalboat.
