The property is located in the center of Palermo (Traffic-Restricted Area), in the lively area of Ballarò market, a few minutes on foot from Palazzo Reale and the Palatine Chapel, the Cathedral of Palermo and Villa Bonanno. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, kitchenware and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, 32" TV, split A/C and access to balcony I; - BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, desk, coat stand, split A/C and access to balcony II; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - TWO SMALL BALCONIES. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
