The condo features one bedroom and one well-appointed bathroom, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with high-quality bedding for a peaceful night's sleep. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, such as a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Step into the inviting living area, where you'll find a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV, perfect for entertainment and relaxation. COMMON AREAS Nomada is a brand-new boutique collection of just 28 homes, ideally situated in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It offers a range of fantastic amenities, including a sparkling infinity pool with 360º ocean views, cabanas/sunbeds, multiple lounge chairs, hammocks, and a BBQ area. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. Please note that the pool is closed on Wednesdays from 8 am to 1 pm for deep cleaning. Other things to note ***Please note that this is an "Adults Only Complex". All guests and occupants must be 18 years or older. No children are allowed. *** This property is for sale and, occassionally we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers for 10-15 min. ***This unit has an all-in washer/dryer. The clothes are completely dried with small loads only. The pool is closed on Wednesdays from 8 am to 1 pm for deep cleaning. PLEASE NOTE: The use of the grill requires a refundable deposit of $25 USD ($500 MXN), payable at reception. There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them. You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
