Apartment Erfurt North

Our cozy & modern 65 sqm apartment has been available since August 2023. It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and nice apartment building. Our fully equipped apartment will be available from mid-August 2023. Please note: The city of Erfurt charges a culture tax of 5% of the amount to be paid. This amount is payable in cash upon arrival to the landlord. The space It has a separate and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and seating for 2 people, a living room with sofa bed (extra bed for 2 people possible) as well as a dining table for 4 people, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (with washing machine). The windows in the bedroom, living room and kitchen can be darkened with external blinds. In the hallway, there is a wardrobe. Our guests have access to all areas. Every closet, drawer and chest of drawers are accessible and can be used. This does not violate privacy. In the kitchen there is basic equipment for "small hunger" and coffee/tea is also provided upon arrival. The bathroom also has an “emergency toothbrush” and some personal care items. We have already had very satisfied “test sleepers” in our apartment and are grateful for any advice to optimize the equipment of the apartment. We ask our guests for honesty should something break or be damaged. Responsible use of the resources water, electricity and heating is important to us. The minimum stay for the apartment is two nights. We look forward to welcoming YOU to our apartment soon Jana & Family Other things to note Nearby there are shops for everyday needs, Rewe market, bakery, drugstore, pharmacy, ATMs and several snacks. The transport connection to public transport is very good, the stop is only 3 minutes away on foot, the city center can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by tram. The Nordpark with Nordbad and Helios Clinic are also within walking distance. Free parking is available in front of the house and in the surrounding streets. Bicycles can be parked and locked up in the courtyard.
