This home includes plenty of room for outdoor games an awesome custom pool and spa with waterfalls and bridges, bar area in pool, beach entry and spa overlooking spectacular city views. Fantastic location close to town and all the local vineyards!! Guest access You'll have access to our hilltop estate. Other things to note 1. Must adhere to Wine Country quiet hours which is no noise after 10PM 2. Maximum of 12 guests spending the night. 3. If you break or damage something please let us know so we can arrange to have it replaced. 4. If you would like the pool heated to a desired temperature, please let me know at a minimum 24 hours before check in. It is heated by propane and costs an additional $150/day to heat from May-September and $250/day from October-April. 5. If you would like the jacuzzi heated to desired temperature, please let us know 1 day prior to check in. We charge a flat rate of $100 per day, our house is run on propane and cost additional to heat. 6.Additional cleaning fees: you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300 if for any reason the house smells of cigarettes, vape or cannabis smoke.
