Citrine has yellow summer vibes and is located in a premium position with a double plot, on the edge of the cliff, with spectacular sea views and driftwood trim. A luxury outside decking and fire-pit surrounded by attractive flowers. The garden is ideal for BBQ's or sunbathing. You can see the waves crashing over Binnel Bay and watch the open skies and views over the English Channel. The space Open plan lounge kitchen, with gas cooker and fire. Small comfortable double bed and a simple retro shower room. Stunning views over the bay, in an elevated end plot with private garden. There is WiFi at the top of the park, but we encourage a digital detox. There were 12 caravans on site, but the tier on the tier below the caravans have been demolished to open up the views, add some wildflowers and make it a more exclusive site. Just 2 original caravans remain and there are also 2 modern well insulated shepherds huts on site now, which are available all year as they are fully insulated and sleep 2 Guest access The decking and love seat are for your exclusive use, along with the deckchairs. It's a beautiful plot, looking over the woodland and Binnel bay, with the cliff behind you. Other things to note This caravan has the best plot and is not suitable for people who maybe afraid of heights as it boasts an elevated position with stunning views. It can be exhilarating in a storm!....you are in natural and there is just 1 other caravan next to you and 1 shepherds huts below. Each area has its own exclusive use.
