A luxury base for responsible adult groups, and families with children over 14 years of age. This property is listed here by Inspire Stays, the leading independent Sussex holiday company. Visit for full info about this home, including accessibility. The front doors enters into the open plan living space, with a sitting room area offering sofas sat in front of a large Smart TV. There is a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also downstairs is Bedroom One with a king size bed, en-suite wet room and access down to the garden. Upstairs on the first floor, there is a lounge area with a sofa (see ‘Useful information’ re sofa bed) which leads to the other two bedrooms. Bedroom Two offers a king size bed and en-suite shower room, and Bedroom Three a double bed and en-suite shower. Outside, the fenced garden is accessed via Bedroom One and provides a table, chairs and 6 sun loungers. The garden is undergoing major re-landscaping through winter 25/spring 26 and there is currently no access, but it will reopen for year-round access by June 2026. This old town is quintessential old England, small streets lined with cottages, antique shops, tearooms and restaurants. There are two pubs about a miles’ walk from Leconfield Lodge, and Petworth town has some fine eateries. There’s a well-stocked Co-op here, or larger Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s supermarkets in Pulborough. Guest access The entire house and its garden are for your exclusive use during your stay. Other things to note USEFUL INFORMATION & HOUSE RULES: - The Garden House is listed here by inspirestayscom, the leading Sussex holiday specialists. Visit for full details about this home, including accessibility info. - Pets: A maximum of 1 small, well-behaved dog is allowed at a cost of GBP30 per week or part week. If the charge is not taken by this platform we will contact you after booking to arrange. - Apologies but children under the age of 14 are not allowed at this property. Please include children over 14 in the adult numbers when placing your booking. - This property is not suitable for parties. Stag, hen and other party groups are not permitted. Other responsible single sex groups or groups of friends by prior agreement only, but please do check with us as we may be able to accommodate. - Search online and contact us for stays over 28 nights. - Once you have placed your booking request, before we can process your booking we will require some simple additional details such as postal address, guest names and direct email. Please do not book if you are unable to provide this information, as we cannot offer a refund on this basis. - Arrival and departure times are clearly stated. As our properties can be booked right up until the last minute, we are unable to confirm early check-in or late check-out requests until 24-72 hours prior to your arrival/departure. Due to limited storage, the sun lounger cushions are kept in the corner of the sitting room when not in use, behind the sofa and stairs. - The garden is fenced, with access via an external (lockable) door from the ground floor bedroom.
