Ideal for couples or a family looking for a gem that is tucked away against a Mediterranean backdrop, little mountains and our beautiful garden. We are a stone throw away from beaches, hikes & a car ride away to nearby towns, cafes, restaurants and night life. Enjoy the sounds of birds, cow bells and summer breezes! (Check our other property, Villa Dei Cedri) The space Our house is one big villa, conveniently divided into two rental properties; you will have private access to your own house and garden. Your property has two bedrooms and the house is comfortable for up to four people. All the spaces in the house are equipped with new Air Conditioners. You will have a small open kitchenette, with a dinning and living room space. The kitchen has a stove but not an oven, but otherwise has all the usual suspects. One newly renovated and beautiful bathroom, equipped with a washing machine. Enjoy the outdoor pergola with a garden set and string lights. You will have access to a parking space. Please note that to get to our house there is a stretch of white road about 800 meters long. However it is accessible by all cars. Guest access You will have private entrance to your home and garden; you will also have access to a parking spot. Other things to note Please note that tap water is not drinkable but you can use for washing your food and cooking. When we did our water test of our well, they found no bacteria.
