Maine Meadow Ranch

A family home for sharing! This is our primary residence but we have other local properties we enjoy spending time at as well. Our backyard view is heavenly. River access in our neighborhood and access to the Mountain Division Trail. 3 minute drive to Dundee pond. 10 minutes to Windham center. 20 minutes to Sebago Lake and 25 minutes to Portland! Our house is family and pet friendly! Studio on property is my workspace and our bunk house between traveling and is not part of rental. The space Ranch with full kitchen, a living room with small dining room table, a playroom with a pack and play to pop up on request. Kids room with 1 twin loft bed and a twin matteress underneath. Bedroom with a full bed, and a full bathroom upstairs. Basement is a master suite with a king bed and 3/4 bathroom with a shower! Deck off kitchen for hanging and enjoying the views. Fire pit and grill available. Large yard for activities and dogs! My artist studio/ bunk house is the other building on the property. We may be at this space periodically during your stay but we always give our guests a heads up if we will be on the property so they (or their dogs) are not caught off guard by someone. You’re welcome to say hello while we are out there but we want to honor your privacy otherwise during your stay. Driveway is shared with the studio/ bunk house. We ask that all air bnb parking stays to the right and any parking for our vehicles will be on the left close to the tree line. You are welcome to park multiple cars in the driveway, there is plenty of space and we will never block anyone in. This Spring we took on a huge landscaping project to the right in the backyard. We moved our fire pit down and cleared years of overgrowth and dead trees! It’s still a work in progress but feel free to enjoy the new space and feel like you’re camping out in the woods. Any chopped wood can be used for a fire and any rounds will need to be chopped- feel free to make some wood to burn! Guest access Full house access and full yard access. If we are using the studio we may be on my deck but will respect your privacy. Driveway is shared if we are in studio/ bunk house. Other things to note We have well water. The silver faucet on kitchen sink is a filtered water system for drinking and for filling up ice trays etc. We have a whole house water softening system for our water. This is something we wanted to be known as some people are not used to well water and how it contains more minerals.
