Garden Guest House Close to the Sea with Sauna

Welcome to a modern yet homely guesthouse, a five minute walk from the ocean. Includes a big private terrace and a flowery backyard. 🌸 Please note that use of the sauna is not included in the price! This is to ensure that people who aren’t planning to use it don’t have to pay a premium. The guesthouse was built in February 2023. The space This 30 square meter guest house features a high sealing living room / kitchen open space area with a big pull-out couch. There's a bathroom with a shower as well as a washing machine/dryer combo. Above the bathroom is the sleeping loft with a queen size double bed as well as drawers for personal items and power/usb-sockets for charging devices. Please note the the ceiling is pretty low in the loft! Outside is a 45 square meter private stone terrace with lounge furniture, an electric grill, as well as a sunlounger for lazy days. (amenities only available from April until October) Other things to note Two adult bicycles are available for lending, free of charge. Two SUP-boards are available for rent at €20 / 250 SEK per day/board. A Maxi 77 sailboat may also be available for rent or guided trips upon request, during May through September.
