(Please note) 📑 We issue invoices. 🚗 No parking is available. 🌃 Being in the heart of the city, you can enjoy the atmosphere and typical energy of the center of a large city. The space Our rooms are private, compact and equipped with their own bathroom, air conditioning and television. All have smart locks: on the day of your arrival you will receive an access code, which eliminates the need for physical keys. Important to note: • We do not have parking, although there are usually spaces available in front of the building. • We are located on one of the city's main avenues, so traffic noise may be present. • Common areas can be used until 10:00 pm. • Room rental does not include daily cleaning. • Upon arrival you will have toilet paper and shampoo; any subsequent replenishment is at your own expense, as is customary in most Airbnb accommodations. Attention and communication: • Communication is always done through the Airbnb app. • Staff are available in the building daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to support you with whatever you need during your stay. We will always be available and willing to help you. 📑 We issue invoices. 🛗 We do not have an elevator They're in the very center of the city, so it's just as safe as any big city center. During the day you can walk without any problem, and at night it is best to use a taxi or app to get around more safely and enjoy yourself without any worries. Guest access During your stay, you can enjoy several common areas designed for your comfort: • Fully stocked kitchen • Coworking area • Terrace • Grill. • Laundry To consider: • We do not have parking, although there are usually spaces available in front of the building. • The rooms are private and compact, equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning and television. • To enjoy the terrace, we just need advance notice to book it. Check-out and luggage: • Check-out is at 11:00 am. • If you wish, you can leave your luggage at no additional cost with the building staff until 4:00 pm. • If you need to extend your stay after check-out time, it will be at an extra cost and subject to availability. We want your experience to be practical, comfortable, and enjoyable. Other things to note Accommodation and availability You'll stay on one of the city's main avenues, which will allow you to enjoy a strategic location. We'll always be available to help you with whatever you need within the apartment. However, there are external aspects that we cannot control, such as noise or traffic, although we will do everything possible to ensure that your stay is pleasant. Early check-in If you wish to check in earlier, we will gladly check availability on the day of your arrival. If the room is ready, we'll give you access without a problem. If you prefer to guarantee early check-in in advance, an additional fee will apply, as it will be necessary to block the room from the day before. • Condition: Subject to availability. Late check-out We understand that sometimes you need more time for your departure. We offer the option of late check-out at an additional cost, as it involves blocking the room so as not to receive new guests that day. • Cost: $300 MXN. • Latest check-out: 6:00 PM. If you need to stay after this time, you will need to book an additional night. Important note: Both early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
