Cozy cottage near nice swimming and nature

Welcome to our nice little cottage in idyllic Sandviken on the outskirts of Sala. Here you live right at the edge of the forest and do not have to walk for more than a couple of minutes to reach two child-friendly swimming areas with sandy beaches, where the largest has both a kiosk, boat rental and a diving tower. Here you can also watch the sun set on the terrace at Sala's best restaurant, Måns Ols. For those who want to exercise, there are both illuminated trails and mountain bike trails close by. You can also walk to the nearby silver mine. The space The Lillstugan is located on our property but is clearly separated from our large house. The Lillstugan consists of a combined bedroom and living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. There is a bunk bed/family bed where the lower bed is 120 cm wide and the upper 80 cm. The sofa bed is easily converted into a double bed. In the combined bedroom/living room there is an office space for those who want to work. There is Wi-Fi. The kitchen has two hotplates and a microwave (unfortunately no regular oven) as well as a dining area where you can sit and eat. There is both a fridge and freezer. Outside there is a barbecue. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Guest access Feel free to use our garden to play. There is a trampoline, swings, climbing frame and playhouse. Free parking on the property. Also free parking in central Sala with parking disc. Other things to note Cleaning is not included, guests clean up after themselves. Cleaning can be ordered at a cost of SEK 750 by agreement (only works when we are home). Bring towels and sheets, not available in the cabin. Towels and sheets can be rented for SEK 125/person (only works when we are at home and by agreement).
