Tiny home in Wake County

The perfect getaway to experience tiny living in a Big BUS! You will love this unique, custom built & one of a kind bohemian inspired Bus! Located on a private lot surrounded by beautiful trees! Only 30 minutes outside of downtown Raleigh and close to all of southern Wake/Harnett County. Enjoy a unique glamping tiny home experience as you relax by the fire pit! (**there has been on & off construction near the property. Msg prior for latest update!**) The space You’ll enjoy the beauty of simplicity in this tiny home bus! 1 queen bed, shower, full size toilet, kitchen with microwave, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer and keurig. Wi-Fi and smart TV. (bring your own password for several streaming options). Enjoy the charcoal grill, fire pit & hammock outside! Other things to note !!Please note: The property is in between and next to a quiet neighborhood and a busy 2 lane highway. You will hear traffic while on the property. The M-F traffic is pretty busy for commuters to downtown, but weekends are quieter. Ceiling height in the center of the bus is 6’4”. With the angle of the shower ceiling, if you are taller than 6’ you may need to hunch a little while showering. Although the bus is insulated,..with all the numerous windows it can still get cold in the winter and hot in the summer! There is heat and AC, and extra blankets, but please consider bringing warm slippers to wear in the winter months as the floors stay pretty cold even when the heat is running. Also, there is occasional construction work and traffic near the property during the weekday daytime hours. Please note there is no railing going up/down the three stairs into the bus. We do provide basic starter amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, creamers) If you will need more than what’s provided there is a dollar general and a Food Lion right down the street.
