Parking for 8 cars(5 if bringing own boat & trailer)BBQ, fire pit, smart TV’s, internet, picnic table, 2x washer/dryer & boat launch down street. The space Large 5 bedroom home separated into 2 separate (not connected) units with AC! All guests may enjoy their very own pontoon rental (16 person capacity) right across the street! Stairs are necessary to reach both property entrances. Guest access Both units in the large home with separate entrances accessible via door code. There are not connected doors between the two units. Other things to note All guests MUST AGREE to policies and rules prior to stay including no smoking, no pets and quiet hours 10PM-8AM. A 24ft Sweetwater Pontoon with 14 person capacity/4 stroke engine is available for weekly/daily rental to all guests at a 40% discounted rate. Pontoon comes with private boat slip at Barnharts Marina right across the street! (Previous experience required, otherwise a Skipper is available for hire) Message host for rates. Amenities: Each guest is provided a “Starter Pack” of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Guests to provide supply thereafter. Those wishing to bring their own watercraft may park in our large driveway and utilize the boat launch conveniently located down the street at Wilson Hill Park.
