2-star rated apartment, very nice in Barbotan les Thermes, bright and quiet with 2 terraces + shaded garden. No neighbors above or below :) The apartment is 28 m2. The exterior (terraces + garden) is 23 m2 Located 550 m from the thermal baths and only a few meters from the beautiful wooded park (lotus, ducks, turtles etc...) The space CAUTION: The apartment is on one level (all rooms on the same level) and on the ground floor, but there are about ten steps to access it (therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility). Description: Equipped kitchenette (cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, mini-oven, raclette/stone grill as well as all utensils for cooking). Dining area with extendable table + 4 chairs. Living room with convertible sofa + TV + 2 small nesting tables. Separate bedroom (very good quality bedding and 160 mattress). Bedside tables incorporated in the headboard on the sides. Plenty of storage (large closet + 4 drawers under the bed). Closet in the bathroom. Bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate toilet 2 terraces + garden with 2 small outdoor tables + 4 chairs and a deckchair. Guest access I live and work just 5 minutes from the apartment. On the day, just send me a quick text message 15 minutes before your arrival and I'll go there immediately to welcome you. Other things to note PETS: Small dog accepted (only one please).
