Relax and rest up for your next Maine adventure here at The Flatlander Farm in Orland Maine. Enough space for the whole crew, group or family to be comfortable. About an hour from Acadia National Park in a quiet little town off the Penobscot River. Central to Castine, Blue Hill Peninsula, Bucksport, Ellsworth, MDI, Belfast and Bangor. The space Classic Farmhouse with simple modern updates to make a comfortable space. Kitchen, Living Room, half bathroom and 1 bedroom on the first floor. 3 bedrooms and full bathroom on the 2nd floor. The barn has a foosball table and few couches to make a nice hang out space. +Tables and chairs can be added to make space for a small intimate event. (Prior approval necessary) Guest access **No Access to the Barn Loft Guests have access to the rest of the property and yard. Other things to note Please Read** Windows and doors on the 2nd floor are original to the building. They swell up and do not close all the way during high humidity especially during the rainy season. This may mean they do not lock if they were left open. It is an extremely safe neighborhood and this is not an issue for our family but if this is a concern for you please do not book this home. We want our guests to feel comfortable when staying!
