The space The house and attached above-garage studio includes 5 bedrooms with 2 full kitchens, king and queen beds. There is a pullout sofa in library offering an optional 6th bed with queen mattress on main level with attached bath incl walk-in shower and accessible handrails. All new tankless water heaters, AC units, and smart thermostats installed in 2024! From the lanscaped fenced yard or the comfort of the living room, enjoy winter views all the way to Raleigh and Jordan lake from the hardwood-studded hilltop. Fuss-free gas fire pit and propane grill included, with extra tanks provided. We live nearby onsite and are happy to help as needed, though we strive to offer guests privacy and ultimate relaxation with minimal interaction during their stay.
