This quiet family neighborhood is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the train station, where you can catch an express to Chicago's Union Station in twenty minutes. Note that yard amenities are seasonal. The space This is a small, 900 square foot property with two bedrooms and the single bathroom all upstairs. The main floor consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. Renovated but built in the 1920s, the house has original floors and doors, so the floors and stairs will creak when you walk on them and the doors sometimes need pressure to close. Please note that backyard amenities are seasonal and put away for winter. Guest access You have access to the entire home, with the exception of the basement, attic, and backyard shed. Because this is a two-story home, it is not suitable for wheelchairs. Other things to note Because this is a two-story house and there is a small step to come inside, this is not a wheelchair friendly property. Stairs are narrow and necessary to reach the bedrooms, so elderly people and those with young children should also be aware before booking.
