New mountain cabin with fireplace & sauna

Welcome to the real mountains! In popular Mysk Fjällby, this property is located on a large, undisturbed plot. Lovely location and fantastic views of the mountains, lake and village. The property has three buildings – a large house, a small house and a detached, solid, wood-fired sauna (wood included). All newly built in 2022. This listing is for the Small House, with access to the sauna. Rented out for full weeks Saturday-Saturday normally, but can be rented for shorter periods during low season. The space The property is located a few kilometers outside Funäsdalen village with shops and restaurants and proximity to the slopes in Ramundberget, Tänndalen, Hamra, Funäsdalsberget and Tännäs. A common lift card is available for the facilities. Ski trails (fantastic Nordic Ski) can be reached directly from the plot to Bruksvallarna, illuminated trails are in absolute proximity and mountain bike trails pass by on the way. Bus stop for ski bus (included in lift and track card) is a few minutes' walk away. This listing is for Lillhuset – living area 27 square meters + 12 square meters in the loft (with ceiling height under 180 cm). • Living room up in the ridge with sofa bed, dining table with room for 4, fireplace, TV with antenna for terrestrial channels and Chromecast. • Fully equipped kitchen (4 p) incl. dishwasher, waffle iron, toaster. • Sleeping loft with comfortable double bed and storage. • Bathroom with shower. • Hallway with storage. • Shoe dryer. • Outlet for engine heater with timer. • Smoke detector, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. • Balcony with bench and table Sauna with storage and electric car charger/charging box (shared with Storhuset) Large sauna with wood-fired unit with water heater so you can "shower" outdoors. In the storage room, there is a barbecue and firewood, which are included. Dogs are allowed, but no dogs are allowed on the sofas or beds. An additional cleaning fee applies. Absolutely smoke-free. WiFi (fiber) in both homes. Electric vehicle charger/charging box. Other things to note Note that the stairs to the sleeping loft are steep. There are good railings all the way, but caution is important. The road up to the house is steep. Parking is also available down by the entrance. Very comfortable for 2 guests, works for 4 guests. The accommodation is experienced as private, as there is a considerable distance to Storhuset and the sauna is located between the houses. Completely private.
