The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and the original elevator has been perfectly maintained—so no stairs needed! 🛏 Sleep & Relax
 The sleeping area features a plush queen-size bed, blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a 50" SmartTV with all your favorite streaming apps (no local cable). There’s also a dedicated desk for working remotely.  The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, including pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, blender, microwave, coffee maker, sponges, and dish soap. Whether you're cooking breakfast or just reheating a quick dinner, you’ll find all the essentials. 🛁 Freshen Up
 The bathroom is stocked with towels, a floor mat, hair dryer, toilet paper, makeup removal pads, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. An electric heater ensures unlimited hot water for relaxing showers. 🧺 Housekeeping & laundry Housekeeping and laundry services are not included but can be arranged with one day’s notice. You’ll be steps from La Ermita Church, La Pérgola nightclub, and the legendary Friday night street parties. And the cherry on top? TDT, home to what many consider the best burger in town, is located right on the first floor of the building — perfect late-night recovery food just an elevator ride away. This is truly one of the most vibrant and walkable areas in the city. Guest access Once you rent it the whole place is yours. You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (2 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed. Other things to note Registration: According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed. Parking: The Magusan building has no parking. Please never leave your vehicle unattended at any time on the street or anywhere else in Cali. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen items from your vehicle during your stay. There is a safe paid parking lot a few blocks away that we will happily guide you to. Housekeeping & Laundry: Housekeeping and laundry services are not included in the stay. However, they can be requested at an additional cost and with one day's notice. For this unit, the laundry service costs $60.000 COP per wash cycle. It includes pick-up at the apartment by our staff, washing, drying, folding and delivery will be made the day after our pick-up. Housekeeping is $160.000 COP per assigned day. Medical tourists: Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged. No Airbnb Service fee: Book safely and pay 0% Airbnb service fee on our exclusive properties, while still getting the full Aircover support. Free City Tour included: As a special benefit, we have partnered with one of Cali’s best tourist guides to offer you a free City Tour, Gastronomic Tour or Salsa Tour included with your reservation. Airport pick-ups: Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost. Factura electrónica: We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after Airbnb commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense. Interruption in utilities: This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time.
