Please don’t hesitate to ask and/or provide details about your trip! I live and work locally and am available by phone or text 90% of the time and in person anytime after work (usually after 6:00pm). The Dana Point home is located in Ritz Pointe, a gated community, just above the Monarch Beach Hotel and Monarch Beach Golf Course. A grocery store, movie theater, beaches, and the freeway are all within easy reach. Dana Point is at the far southern tip of Orange County. The Dana Point home does have a trail that will take you through the Monarch Beach Golf Course to Salt Creek Beach. During the summer there are free trolly’s that run from Dana Point all the way up to Crystal Cove in Laguna Beach - great option for exploring local beaches and seeing the ocean views from Pacific Coast Highway! There is no overnight street parking and this home does not have a driveway. Cars would need to be parked in the garage. There is currently one car already parked in the garage.
