Experience a luxury retreat in our downtown Ljubljana apartment. Top of the line amenities and a fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. You can do some work in a well lit study room with a fast Wi-Fi connection or kick back and relax in the spacious living room with a good book or a full selection of TV channels. The apartment has sound proof windows, room darkening shades and capable temperature control, so it is always tranquil and comfortable to your liking. The space The apartment has 50 square meters. It showcases high ceilings, top quality hardwood floors and meticulously crafted carpentry. The living space includes: 1. A large kitchen, with anything you might need for cooking, from a high quality oven, stove with 4 strong gas burners, a microwave, multiple cafetières, porcelain dinnerware, a large fridge with an ice-maker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a water heater among other amenities. 2. A spacious living room with rolling ladder bookshelves, that includes a selection of good books, a TV with over a hundred channels and a comfortable sitting area consisting of a double seat couch and a reading chair. Next to the living area there are two rooms: 1. A study room with a large window providing a lot of daylight. Together with the practical study table and a comfortable chair makes for a high productivity environment. 2. The bedroom which has an EU King size bed (200cm x 160cm) and a quality mattress, pillows and beddings. It also has large closets with inside lighting. The bathroom has an on-demand water heater, so hot water is in constant supply. Also a washing machine if you need to do some laundry. Guest access You will have sole access to the whole apartment. Other things to note Identification number (ID RNO): 130068 Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. In case of smoking a cleaning fee of 500€ will be charged together with any additional costs due downtime needed to achieve neutral scent. To avoid any unpleasant surprises please note that we will need to ask you to send us a copy of your personal ID prior to your arrival for the purpose of guest registration with the local authorities. Ljubljana’s Tourist Tax of 3,13€/ guest/ night is already included in the final price.
