A little bonus for fishing and crabbing on the private dock. Boat access only, free boat pick up and drop off provided. The space - 1312 sqft cabin - private dock - Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with the essentials - 2 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 queen size sofa bed in the rec room - 2 full bathroom with shower - BBQ - 3 kayaks(2x double, 1x single) and 1 paddle board - 1 crab trap - 2 fishing rods - private boat dock - wifi - electric heats - 6 life jackets - Netflix Guest access Free boat pick up at deep cove government public dock helping loading and drop off for checking out. Front door key will be ready in a lockbox and code will be send out with a message including all details to you a day before your arrival. Other things to note We are 5 minutes from the nearest town Deep Cove but with only boat access, which provides unique peacefulness. You can kayak to village just in 15 mins or you can pre book a water taxi service for tours. We provide 3 kayaks and 1 paddle board for our guests with total 6 life jackets. Please take your own responsibility and liability for using it to participate any water activities. This is an ocean front house has high and low tide natural cause, please be aware for your own safety while you're staying at the place. Especially if you go down to the beach when it's low tide to see some starfish. The house comes with a septic system, please be aware only toilet paper is allowed to flush, any other improper material will clog up the system. Use of the wood stove is prohibited when there are fire bans in place. Both smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on and around the property. We are a close knit community, please respect our neighbours, quiet hours are between 10pm to 9am. All guests must be included within the reservation!
