Bring your boat with you their is plenty of open area to park it You will be able to disconnect from the daily grind and enjoy birdwatching. The space This house is a three bedroom Cape Cod built around 1910. There is a queen bed on the first floor, a second bedroom with a full on the second floor and two singles in the third upstairs bedroom. Their is a full bathroom on each floor. There is a modern kitchen and two enclosed porches. Guest access Guests get to use the whole house. The owner lives on the property in another dwelling about 300 yards away and will respect your privacy if you do the same for him Other things to note Outdoor grilling is available and your free to wander the property. There is also an outdoor shower stall for the adventurous.
