Very quiet, warm and colorful room, in a beautiful duplex full of charm, located in a 18th century building in the Saint-Pierre district. 2-minute walk to pedestrian streets, shops, restaurants, tourist area... No electric oven, microwave or dishwasher Downstairs bathroom/WC with shower and washing machine Upstairs bedroom with cozy atmosphere, very comfortable recent sofa bed + shared toilet Private area: another bedroom + dressing room not accessible to guests Guest access NB: Apartment located on the 2nd and 3rd floors without elevator, not suitable for people with reduced mobility Excellent road access from Saintes Highway A10 ("Saintes" exit) 5 minutes from the house Beaches 30 min., Royan 35 min., Oléron, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré 45 min., Bordeaux, Angoulême 1 hour. Town Hall parking and spaces available (paid on weekdays except certain hours) all around the building. Saintes SNCF station 1/4 hour walk: TER every hour to the TGV stations of Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Niort, Angoulême Local and regional bus lines Shops and all facilities, remarkable sites (Arènes, Arc de Germanicus, Abbaye-aux-Dames, Basilique Saint-Eutrope, cathedral...), medieval district and 4 museums within 1/4 hour walk maximum Saintes has many sports facilities, shops, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, clubs, concert cafés...
