Condo in North Topsail Beach

Come enjoy your stay on beautiful North Topsail Beach. A great place to make memories that will last a lifetime. This is a first floor unit, the condo has handicap accessible ramps to the first floor as well as direct access to the beautiful North Topsail Beach. The space The condo unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom space, with the master bedroom leading directly out to the porch where there is a partial view of the ocean. There is a king size bed and 58" TV in both the Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. The living room couch pulls out into a full size bed as well. Amenities include seasonal pool access (May 15-October 15), beach access, as well a fully equipped kitchen (with a Keurig coffee machine). The unit has 2 bathrooms stocked with shower toiletries for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels for your convenience. Nonslip shower mats are also available in the bathroom vanities. One beach towel per guest is also provided. A starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent is available when checking into the unit. Complimentary luggage cart availability on premises. You can access these at the top of the handicap ramp (center of complex). The most direct access to the unit is to ascend staircase 6 (located to the back left of the parking lot when looking at the ocean). The unit (number 1117) is located slightly to the left of staircase, after ascending the first flight of stairs. Guest access Full access to the entire condo including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining space and laundry. Access to pool is seasonal (May 15th- October 15th). Free parking includes 2 parking passes. Other things to note Linens and bathroom/ shower towels are provided through a cleaning services. Turkish beach towels are also provided during your stay. Beds do not need to be stripped/ made. The cleaning service will provide that service after checkout. There is a TV with a fire stick in the living room. As well as a Roku TV in each bedroom (58"). A pool fob (attached to check in keys) is required in order to enter the pool area. An electric fireplace is available for your use in the living room.
