In the heart of Eastman, grocery store, cafe, pub, etc. Silver Lake Trail (lake access) just opposite which extends into the La Montagnarde bike path (Mount Orford). Perfect for a peaceful artistic retreat. The space It can comfortably accommodate seven people: The 4 beds are in sizes: 1: king size bed (or two single beds pushed together), 2: queen size bed, 3: double bed and 4: single bed. All bedrooms are closed and private except for the single bed (semi-private bedroom). The apartment contains two separate spaces, each with its own bathroom. On one side there is the bedroom with a double bed and the one with a single bed and on the other the bedrooms with a King and Queen bed. The dining room, kitchenette (fully equipped), living room and veranda are common areas. In addition, there are two large art gallery-style rooms in which you can immerse yourself in abstract art and which can also serve as a very pleasant remote work space. Other things to note The building, dating from the early 1900s, served as a production workshop for doors and windows on the first floor and housed the family on the second. The new owner, Daniel Marcoux, is a painter who established his studio in the old "shop". The apartment is decorated with unique and original canvases. We aim to harmoniously combine the old aspect of the building and furniture with the modernity of abstract art. The place is a space for healing and inspiration. While the wifi is reliable and efficient, we don't have a TV.
