Nice apartment with private entrance in a shared villa by Lake Mälaren on Färingsö. Approximately 45 minutes' drive to Stockholm City Center. Private patio with seating area and beautiful lake views. Access to lawn, sandy beach and jetty with sun loungers. On the property, there is also a canoe and paddleboard to borrow. A smaller rowing boat with an electric motor and a kayak are available to rent. Close to exercise track with outdoor gym and electric light track. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with two adjustable beds, a small bedroom with a bed and a living room with a kitchen area, dining table, large fridge and freezer, separate oven and microwave. Sofas are placed in front of the large windows that overlook the garden and beach. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a washing machine. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance and is otherwise completely separate from the rest of the house. On the property, there are private seating areas on the terrace and a shared jetty. The lawn and beach are shared with us who live in the house. Other things to note There are two beds in the bedroom and then a sofa bed at the dining table.
