The walls of the house are made of pressed hemp stone – a natural mixture of water, lime and hemp shives that ensures a pleasant, allergen-free and constant indoor climate. The breathable clay plaster in the interior regulates humidity and creates an exceptionally comfortable living feeling in all seasons. This healthy indoor climate is supported by energy-efficient surface heating, which is operated by a quiet air heat pump, as well as a water-bearing fireplace that provides cozy warmth. The choice of materials also follows a clear concept: tiles were deliberately avoided – instead, noble travertine stone was elaborately processed, which gives the house a natural, warm atmosphere. On the open-plan ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a fireplace and a fully equipped, modern kitchen – perfect for cooking and enjoying together. You will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a floor-level shower. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms – two with double beds and one with single beds that can be put together – as well as a comfortable full bathroom. A special highlight is the extended roof gable with a magnificent view: ideal as a retreat for reading, working or playing. The lovingly landscaped garden is completely enclosed with a 1 m high picket fence – your well-behaved four-legged friends can also move freely and safely here.
