Stay in the heart of Boise's historic North End! We are just steps from downtown as well as Hyde Park. A close pedal or drive to the Boise Greenbelt and Whitewater Park is also a great option. We are set up for families and for groups and offer everything you need for a perfect visit. Enjoy Boise and everything the Treasure Valley has to offer! The space Our home is a beautifully maintained and updated historic North End home with over 1900 sq ft of living space for your family or group to enjoy! We are located on a corner lot with a large, fenced back yard. Upstairs includes 2 beds/1 bath, a living room, and dining area. Our kitchen features a double oven, quartz counters, and under counter refrigerator. Downstairs includes 2 beds/1 bath, living room, and a flex area. Our home is such a great location for all your needs. Guest access The entire home and backyard is available for guests. There is a driveway for parking as well as street access. The garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note HOUSE POLICIES: We discourage parties or gatherings unless cleared by hosts. NO vaping or smoking of any kind on premises both inside and out. Quiet time both inside and out from 10pm to 7am. Guests to include only those on reservation. No extra guests without prior clearing with hosts. No Pets on furniture and yard must be cleared of pet waste. NOTE: For reservations to exceed 29 days, we must send you a lease agreement for you to review and sign prior to accepting your request. Additional cleaning fee will apply to stays 29 days or longer.
