Enjoy a private, furnished studio in our beautiful, historic 1920s home in a safe & quiet community just off Historic Route 66. The area has an athletic field, walking paths & hiking/ biking trails. Studio features a private bedroom, kitchenette, living room, bathroom and workout room. This entire space is completely renovated. It includes plenty of storage. Laundry room is shared with our family but is located right off your studio door. Off-street parking, WiFi & utilities included. The space This beautiful 1923 house is packed with history and charm. It is one of the few authentic Sears & Roebuck mail order houses in New Mexico – all its construction materials were shipped to Gallup on the Santa Fe Railway and then built on-site by the Rehoboth Mission community to house nurses for the old Rehoboth Hospital. The house has hardwood floors and other original features such as solid wood doors that provide quiet and privacy. The front deck is a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views to the south and west. Your newly renovated studio has sheets, comforter, towels, rugs, furniture, and blankets. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a mid-sized fridge and a variety of different cooking supplies. The washer and dryer are brand new. Eight stairs lead down to your private studio. We welcome longer term renters for a month or more as Gallup attracts traveling and contract professionals. The space is perfect for a solo visitor or a couple. We are open to a dog and early check-ins and late check-outs on a case-by-case basis. A community post office, athletic track & church are located within walking distance from our home. Guest access Your suite is located in the basement of our family home; therefore, we will be on-site and available if any needs or concerns arise.
