We gutted the interior- new electrical, plumbing, drywall, kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. What we got is an unusual layout (we call it townhouse) with two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an ensuite and the main living area and small bedroom on the top floor where you have the best views. The floorplan takes maximum advantage of the space. Four massive windows give a view of Lover's leap and we installed a new walkout to the back patio. The European-style kitchen has tons of counter space and is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, pantry and massive deep sink and two big windows that let in plenty of natural light.
