LandRaum Wünsdorf: Coachman's Room

Here you will find a cozy, new and fully equipped apartment in Wünsdorf - directly between the two Wünsdorf lakes. We have renovated our beautiful barn and created three apartments and a sauna, among other things. The farm is elaborately planted and designed. We offer plenty of space and tranquility for relaxation and/or creative work. The garden is meant to be used for this. We love families as much as solo travelers. Welcome! The space Our coachman's room is located in the street-side gable end of our stable building and is naturally small (about 50 square meters), narrow and very cozy. We have designed the kitchen and the bathroom on the mezzanine floor and the living room under the roof. Here you can live, cuddle and rest. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped and has the basic equipment ready for you with cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils. The Nespresso machine is gladly stocked with capsules on request and for a fee. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and extractor hood, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and a spacious walk-in shower. The large window brings light and air and the associated pleated blind provides the necessary privacy. Climbing the stairs, you reach the open living space. A low, Japanese 1.60 m wide double bed, chests of drawers, side tables and a small sofa can accommodate one to two people. Two large windows bring in a lot of light and here, too, the pleats provide the desired darkening in the evening. In the apartment you can recognize the historical use not least by its wooden elements, which we have intentionally made visible and is underlined by a simple wooden floor and on the first floor tile floor. The rooms are designed to provide you with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Guest access The coachman's room is entered separately from the courtyard and can therefore be used very privately and well individually. The sauna was created on the other side of the building on two floors. On the first floor, you can rest on the cozy couch, the fireplace and the access to the wooden deck, while upstairs you can sweat and lie down. The extra large window front up here offers fantastic views of the meadow and our beloved old trees and even the church tower. This place is suitable for indoor sitting, reading, meditating but also for active yoga. Of course, a toilet and two modern showers are also available in this area We are happy to heat the sauna for you on request and for a fee. The farm has been extensively planted and offers beautiful views from the apartments. But it also offers various seats, as well as barbecue facilities. Once around the corner, our little guests discover a playground and here, too, the parents can make themselves comfortable next to it and hopefully enjoy the cheerful hustle and bustle with time. If you need space for a group to come together to work, discuss, eat together, then talk to us. Our future common room is not yet perfect, but it may already be useful to you today.
